Equipment

You will find the equipment in our facility to be at the forefront of today’s available technology.  Our core technology is Swiss turning with up to 12 simultaneous axis, High speed machining up to 5 simultaneous axis, Wire EDM with up to 4 axis and CNC turning with live tooling.

Facility

Over the years we have expanded our facility and technology to meet the growing needs of our customers. In 2003 we moved to our new state-of-the-art facility. We just completed expanding our facility to 32,000 sq. ft. centrally located in the heart of Medical Alley. The access this provides us to exceptionally skilled engineers and machinists is a definitive advantage for every Mendell customer.
